Since being documented several years ago, I have always finished the BOWL campaign one of the top handicappers in sports betting. The Guaranteed Rate Bowl has shaped up to be an exciting matchup. Neither Kansas nor UNLV has notched a Bowl victory in quite some time. The Jayhawks last Bowl win was back in 2008, while the Rebels last win in Bowl season came in 2000. Kansas started the season at 7-2, and had high hopes for an upper end Bowl. But back-to-back late season losses at the hands of Texas Tech and Kansas State hurt their chances for that. They did finish the campaign off on a high note, thumping Cincinnati, 49-16. In his first season at the helm for UNLV, head coach, Barry Odom brought the team to an impressive, 9-4 record. They too struggled down the stretch, finishing the campaign off with a heartbreaking loss at the hands of San Jose State, and then got thumped in their last contest by Boise State, 44-20. There aren’t too many opt outs on either side here in this matchup. Both teams are basically at full strength. Major mismatch here between the Jayhawks star running back, Devin Neal, who has accounted for 1,209 yards rushing, against the Rebels 90th ranked run defense. Getting thrashed for over 81 points their last two games, UNLV is very vulnerable here. With the way Kansas beat up on Cincinnati the last time they took the field, and the fact they were hoping for a better Bowl appearance, they certainly come in here with something to prove, and they will. Play the Jayhawks.

This is a play on the SEATTLE SEAHAWKS for our Sunday Free Play. San Francisco has looked dominant the last four weeks with double-digit wins in all of those games and the 49ers are the current public darling, overtaking the Eagles following their 42-19 drubbing of Philadelphia last week. Head coach Pete Carroll has been perfect at 5-0 with the Seahawks when coming off three straight losses and it does not get bigger than this one. Here, we play against favorites outgaining their opponents by 50 or more ypg, after gaining 375 or more total yards in three consecutive games.
